Description
The aim of the procurement is to have operator for the operation of the express boat routes between Bergen, Nordfjord, Sogn/Flåm, referred to as "Route package 1". See the contract document for requirements for operation in chapter 2, requirements for the vessels in chapter 3, route production requirements in chapter 4 and climate requirements in chapter 5. All routes shall be included in an operational contract. This means that the Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with one operator for the total contract. The contract will apply from the time of signing until 2 November 2042, cf. Point 1.1.5 of the contract. The operational start of the routes shall be from 01.11.2027. The contract will be a net contract, where the awarded operator is responsible for income, including, among other things, responsibility for route information, marketing and customer information.
