Description
DFØ would like to enter into a framework agreement with a collaboration partner for raising competence in Microsoft 365 and any other relevant office support applications. DFØ has used Microsoft 365 since 2021, but the level of competence in the company varies, on both individual and group levels. Furthermore, there are many different disciplines, roles and work assignments that require different needs in the use of office support applications. The need stretches from the use of the basic M365 to more advanced applications. For us, a broad competence increase will now enable further profit realisation and ensure that our employees have updated knowledge. We are also interested in getting training in new functions and tools, such as Copilot, when they become available. In addition we would like tenderers to offer professional advice regarding implementation and implementation of the competence measures.
