Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place et l'exploitation d'une solution de billettique Open Payment sur le réseau ilévia de transports en commun de la Métropole Européenne de Lille. L'Open Payment s'inscrit dans la logique de diversification de l'offre ilévia de manière à répondre au mieux aux attentes des voyageurs. Les prestations du présent marché comprennent notamment : - La fourniture et l'installation d'équipements (valideurs embarqués bus, valideurs portables, valideurs sol tramway, valideurs sol P+R, intégration spécifique de valideurs aux portillons de métro) ; - Les développements logiciels nécessaires (équipements, outil de reporting et tableau de bord, mécanisme de gestion automatisée de la dette...) ; - Le développement des interfaces avec le système d'information KÉOLIS LILLE ILÉVIA ; - La mise en oeuvre des systèmes centraux ; - Le paramétrage, la préproduction et la formation sur le système.
