Description

Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác, poskytnutie projekčných prác, geodetických a geotechnických inžinierskych prác a porealizačného majetkovoprávneho vysporiadania dotknutého územia pre projekt: Strategický park Valaliky – Fáza 1 - Externá infraštruktúra – Dopravná infraštruktúra – železnice, komunikácie, dátové a NN rozvody. Celkový opis projektu je uvedený v Súhrnnej sprievodnej správe a pláne organizácie výstavby. Výstavbou strategického parku Volvo vznikne potreba dopravnej obslužnosti tohto parku a jeho napojenie na existujúcu cestnú infraštruktúru, ktorej kostru v súčasnosti tvorí rýchlostná cesta R4 a cesta I/17 doplnená cestami tretej triedy. Táto dopravná kostra bude výhľadovo doplnená o v súčasnosti budovanú stavbu rýchlostná cesta R2 Šaca – Košické Oľšany II. úsek. V záujmovom území je v príprave ešte stavba Rýchlostná cesta R2 Šaca – Košické Oľšany I. úsek ktorej význam ešte vzrástol pripravovanou investíciou. Existujúce ako aj budované rýchlostné cesty R2 a R4 sú v štvorpruhovom usporiadaní v kategórii R 24,5/120. V rámci územia priemyselného parku vypĺňa železničná infraštruktúra jeho východnú časť a je napojená na jestvujúcu železničnú trať č. 109B (…
