Description
Ontwikkelingsgerichte Arbeidsmatige Dagbesteding (OAD) biedt dagbesteding die gericht is op leren en werken, passend bij iemands belevingswereld en mogelijkheden. Het betreft laagdrempelige activiteiten zonder prestatiedruk, waarbij de ontwikkeling en positieve ervaring van de deelnemer centraal staan. OAD is bedoeld voor individuen die behoefte hebben aan een vorm van dagbesteding met nabijheid van begeleiding, wat cruciaal is om tot bloei te kunnen komen. De Diamant Groep (hodn KikMaat) heeft besloten deze dienstverlening aan te besteden. Zie aanbestedingsdocumentatie.
