Description
De Diamant-groep is een sociale werkorganisatie in Tilburg en houdt een marktconsultatie over haar warme drankvoorziening. Aanleiding is een kwaliteitsambitie vanuit de organisatie zelf: de huidige koffie voldoet niet meer aan wat de Diamant-groep haar medewerkers, kandidaten en bezoekers wil bieden. De Diamant-groep verkent de mogelijkheid om apparatuur (volautomatische bonenmachines of freshbrew), ingrediënten en service in één contract onder te brengen, aangevuld met een mogelijk geïntegreerde koudwatervoorziening. Specifieke aandachtspunten zijn de contractvorm (koop versus lease), de verkoop of overname van de huidige apparatuur en de aantoonbare borging van kwaliteit en grammage per kop.
