Description

Het doel van de Opdracht is het contracteren van een ontwerpteam dat het integrale ontwerp van het Greenwise Campus Innovatiecentrum gaat vormgeven en ontwerpen binnen de gestelde eisen welke als bijlagen bij de leidraad gevoegd zullen zijn, binnen gesteld budget en tijd. De totale omvang van de Opdracht wordt geschat tussen € 350.000,- en € 450.000,- exclusief btw, als alle fases en optionele onderdelen in Opdracht gegeven zouden worden. De omvang is gebaseerd op vuistregels die binnen de markt en omgeving Emmen gehanteerd worden om te komen tot een inschatting van de kosten voor een ontwerpteam. De geschatte (ver)bouwkosten voor het Greenwise Campus Innovatiecentrum zijn ongeveer €7.000.000, - / € 7.500.000,- (Prijspeil medio 2023 en exclusief BTW). Bovengenoemde bedragen en/of aantallen zijn slechts ter indicatie. U kunt als Ondernemer aan deze schatting geen rechten ontlenen.
