Description
Emmen Hhet verbouwen en deels nieuwbouwen van het utiliteitsgebouw ‘busremise’ in Emmen (Eerste Bokslootweg 1 Emmen). Het project beslaat de verbouw / revitalisatie van c.a. 4500 m2 bvo, en c.a. 4000 m2 bvo nieuwbouw aan functies die gerealiseerd moeten gaan worden. De verbouw en nieuwbouw tezamen zal het nieuwe Greenwise Campus Innovatiecentrum (GCI) Emmen vormen.
