Description
The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) requires an online e-learning solution to deliver Continued Professional development training to approved FAS advisors that can be completed at a time and place that is convenient to them within their existing work commitments. This online platform should be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The platform should provide a means of assessment at points in the training modules. On successful completion of assessment the platform should produce proof of completion for onward verifications within DAFM. The Department has a strong commitment to providing an excellent customer service. DAFM’s external customer is primarily the Farmer and under the Charter of Rights for Farmers the Department is committed to develop and improve services to all customers. The introduction of a new solution to manage DAFM’s CPD training requirements will enhance service delivery to all farmers across the sector.
