Description
Aanleiding voor het onderzoek Voor het uitwisselen van informatie voor het administratieve zorg- en declaratieproces in de Wet langdurige zorg (Wlz) voert ZIN het Actieprogramma iWlz uit. Daarin wordt een netwerkmodel ontwikkeld om de transitie naar het beschikbaar stellen van informatie i.p.v. meervoudige registratie, mogelijk te maken voor de Wlz. De roep om de invulling van een netwerkmodel domeinoverstijgend te doen wordt met name vanuit de partijen in het sociaal domein steeds groter. Als er een netwerkmodel ontwikkeld gaat worden voor het sociaal domein (in aanvang vanuit Wmo en Jeugdwet); is het belangrijk om te weten waar samenhang tussen beide netwerkmodellen zit en wat de eerste stappen zijn om al aan de start registers domeinoverstijgend in te richten, maar ook wat men verstaat onder domeinoverstijgendheid en welke scope daarbij optimaal gehanteerd zou moeten worden.
