Description
Aanleiding voor het onderzoek In de zorg en ondersteuning ontvangen en leveren zorgaanbieders veel verschillende gegevens met veldpartijen vanuit diverse grondslagen. Vanuit de gedeelde visie van het netwerkperspectief in de langdurige zorg en ondersteuning willen partijen toewerken naar eenmalige vastlegging en meervoudig gebruik van gegevens. Daarvoor is inzicht nodig. Doel van het onderzoek In beeld brengen welke type informatiestromen er zijn draagt bij aan het creëren van overzicht en mogelijke identificatie van overlappende informatiestromen. Dat creëert een basis voor het verbeteren daarvan door toepassingen van het netwerkperspectief.
