Opdrachtgever wil een Raamovereenkomst sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer, die gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht. De aanbestedende dienst heeft momenteel één raamovereenkomst voor het onderhoud van haar wagenpark. Deze raamovereenkomst eindigt van rechtswege op 31 december 2025. zie bestek
