De levering van Brandstof- en laadpassen, waarmede Brandstoffen en elektriciteit voor mobiliteit wordt geleverd. Het betreft circa 230 wagens en circa 20 voor werkmaterieel. Momenteel rijdt het wagenpark nog grotendeels op fossiele Brandstoffen. In de toekomst zal Opdrachtgever haar wagenpark gefaseerd gaan verduurzamen. zie bestek
