Description
Aanleiding voor deze aanbesteding is het aflopen van het huidige contract met de aannemers. De wens is de aanbesteding van Percelen om nieuwe uitvoerende partijen aan het werk te hebben per 1-1-2025. Daarnaast is de wens verschenen om diverse wezenlijke aanpassingen aan de Opdracht door te voeren. In het kader van deze aanleidingen is besloten om een nieuwe aanbesteding te starten. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot een Overeenkomst met meerdere Opdrachtnemers. Deze Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die de economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving, zijnde de Inschrijving met de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, heeft uitgebracht. Door middel van deze aanbesteding wenst Vitens: Te komen tot een strategische samenwerking (met een beperkt aantal Opdrachtnemers) en contractvoorwaarden tussen verschillende percelen te stroomlijnen, en hierdoor een verhoogde kwaliteit te realiseren. De te sluiten Overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 2 jaar, vanaf 01-01-2025 tot en met 31-12-2026.
