Description
In dit Beschrijvend document staat informatie over de Europese aanbesteding van Onderhoud en aanschaf van automatische (binnen)deuren en deurinstallaties voor het Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen. De Aanbestedende dienst wenst een Raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één ondernemer. Op dit moment beschikt de Aanbestedende dienst over een overeenkomst waaronder het onderhoud van de automatische deuren en deurinstallaties uitgevoerd wordt. Deze overeenkomst loopt af. Dit vormt primair de aanleiding voor deze procedure. Daarnaast is het UMCG grootschalig aan het (ver)bouwen onder het programma UB35 (zie kopje onder 2.2 ‘UMCG bouwt’). In elk ge- of verbouwd bouwdeel dienen nieuwe automatische deuren / - deurinstallaties geplaatst worden. In dit meerjarige proces streven we standaardisatie en beheersbaarheid van onderhouds- en aanschafkosten na. 1) Preventief en correctief onderhoud 2) Nieuwplaatsing in het kader van bouwactiviteiten UB35 en MJOP o.b.v. 1 op 1 vervanging in het kader van preventief onderhoud.
