Description
De Opdracht omvat het onderhouden van en de vervanging van Grootkeukenapparatuur. Momenteel heeft de Politie in drieëntachtig van haar panden een grootkeuken en/of een cellencomplex. Het daarin aanwezige grootkeukenapparatuur wordt preventief en correctief onderhouden door een gecontracteerde dienstverlener. Er is goed inzicht in het gedane onderhoud en staat van het grootkeukenapparatuur.
