Description
Upphandlingen gäller omhändertagande av slam åt Sinfras medlemmar inom VA-branschen. Anbudsgivaren ska kunna hantera alla slamtyper som uppstår vid medlemmarnas anläggningar, men inte avfallsslam. Krav på kvalitet, miljöhänsyn och lagstadgad hantering gäller enligt upphandlingsdokumentet.
Participation requirements
- Leverantören får inte vara dömd för korruptionsbrott.
- Leverantören får inte vara dömd för bedrägeri.
- Leverantören får inte vara dömd för penningtvätt eller finansiering av terrorism.
- Leverantören får inte ha deltagit i en kriminell organisation.
- Leverantören får inte vara dömd för terroristbrott eller brott med anknytning till terroristverksamhet.
- Leverantören får inte ha deltagit i barnarbete eller människohandel.
Performance conditions
