Description

Värnamo kommun ska låta utföra ombyggnation av två huskroppar på Expoområdet, hus D och E, till kontorslokaler. En ny tillfart till området via Lingonvägen ingår även i projektet.   Byggnaderna på Expoområdet uppfördes runt mitten på 1960-talet och de aktuella byggnaderna, hus D och E, har en sammanlagd total bruttoarea om cirka 2 600 m2. I hus E plan 0 finns ett befintligt skyddsrum med 217 skyddsplatser. Detta skyddsrum ingår inte i denna entreprenad.   Den nya tillfarten till området tillser behovet av tillgängliga parkeringar vid huvudentréerna till respektive byggnad och besöksparkeringar. Den nya tillfarten ska även hantera transporter till och från storköket på Expoområdet.
