Description
Detta avtal omfattar ombyggnation av Gunnarskärsgården (Gunnarskär 1:509) genom samverkan. I omfattningen ingår samordning av både projektering och utförande av byggentreprenad för att möta de nya behoven i verksamheterna. Inom ramarna för detta kontrakt har kommunen möjlighet att avropa ombyggnation av Lunden 1:162 (fd. pastorsexpeditionen), under förutsättning att kommunledningen beslutar om att utlösa option.
