Description
Uppsala kommun tillsammans med Riskshem håller på att planera för en ombyggnation av Karl-Johansgården. Planen är att renovera och bygga till KJ och att kommunen sköter entreprenadupphandling. När avtalet är klart överlåter kommunen avtalet till Rikshem.
