Projektbeskrivning – Om- och tillbyggnad av fastigheten Mossen 1 Höörs Fastigheter kommer utföra en omfattande om- och tillbyggnad av fastigheten Mossen 1, som idag består av kontorsytor i två plan och en verkstadsyta i ett plan. Projektet syftar till att skapa en modern och funktionell miljö, anpassad för både dagens och framtidens verksamhetsbehov. Fastighetens utomhusområden kommer att totalrenoveras med nya ytskikt, grönområden och optimerade logistikflöden. Byggnadens befintliga stomme och bjälklag bevaras, medan samtliga övriga delar inklusive väggar, tak och ytskikt förnyas. Dessutom tillkommer nya tillbyggnader i både östra och södra delen av fastigheten. Fastigheten är belägen i suterräng, vilket gör att entréplan placeras på mellanplanet. För att säkerställa en hög standard och energieffektivitet installeras nya system för bergvärme, el, ventilation och solceller, tillsammans med laddningsstationer för elbilar. Ett nytt cykel- och miljöhus, stödmurar, godsmottagning och utökade parkeringsmöjligheter ingår också i projektet.
