Description
Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι το «ΟΛΙΣΤΙΚΟ ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑ ΠΑΡΑΚΟΛΟΥΘΗΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΑΧΕΙΡΙΣΗΣ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΑΓΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΥ». Η σύμβαση αποσκοπεί στην εγκατάσταση και θέση σε λειτουργία ενός ολοκληρωμένου συστήματος ελέγχου σημαντικών παραμέτρων (παροχή, πίεση κλπ) του συνόλου του δικτύου ύδρευσης του ΔΗΜΟΥ, περιλαμβάνει δε και αντικείμενα, όπως η δοκιμαστική λειτουργία και η εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού της υπηρεσίας, που έπονται της προμήθειας και εγκατάστασης του συστήματος. Συνεπώς, κρίνεται απολύτως αναγκαία και επιβεβλημένη η αποδοχή προσφορών που να καλύπτουν το σύνολο της σύμβασης, έτσι ώστε το ολοκληρωμένο αυτό σύστημα να εγκατασταθεί και να λειτουργήσει με ενιαίο και ομοιόμορφο τρόπο, κατ’ αρχήν (δοκιμαστική λειτουργία) από έναν ανάδοχο και στην συνέχεια από το προσωπικό της υπηρεσίας που αυτός θα εκπαιδεύσει με, ομοίως, ενιαίο και ομοιόμορφο τρόπο
