- Quality — Weist der Bieter nach, dass sein CPMS ab zumindest 1.4.2025 über die Funktion „Click to Pay ready“ verfügen wird, erhält dieser im Zuschlagskriterium „SOLL-Kriterium Click to Pay ready“ 7 Punkte
- Price — Der bewertungsrelevante Preis setzt sich aus den im Preisblatt auszupreisenden Positionen zusammen.
