Das Land Salzburg, Amt der Salzburger Landesregierung („Land Salzburg“), und der Verein GovTech Campus Deutschland e.V. („GovTech“), beabsichtigen eine öffentlich-öffentliche Kooperation gemäß § 10 Abs 3 BVergG 2018 idgF bzw gemäß Art 12 Abs 4 der Richtlinie 2014/24/EU („Kooperation“) einzugehen und einen Vertrag über die Kooperation abzuschließen.
