Predmet nabave je održavanje, unapređenje i prilagodba HES (Head End System) sustava (drugi naziv: AMR - Automated Meter Reading) za automatizirano očitavanje brojila, što uključuje proizvođačko održavanje sustava koje sadrži pravo na implementaciju novih verzija korištenog sustava, usluge preventivnog i korektivnog održavanja i prilagodbe aplikacijskog programskog dijela postojećih sustava za daljinsko očitavanje i upravljanje brojilima, implementacije novih tipova brojila i ostalih uređaja, nadogradnje, unaprjeđenja i testiranja rada te obuku zaposlenika Naručitelja za rad na sustavima.
