Ovom nabavom predviđa se preventivno i korektivno održavanje serverske infrastrukture te pružanje usluga prema potrebama Naručitelja kao što su: usluge izrade idejnih rješenja, tehničkih rješenja, redizajna poslovnih procesa, izvedbenih projekata, elaborata izvedenog stanja, podešavanja i redizajna postojećih funkcionalnosti te druge zahtjevne poslove projektiranja serverske infrastrukture. Također su predviđene usluge premještanja hardvera, montaže i demontaže opreme te slični poslovi na serverskoj infrastrukturi HEP-a.
