Predmet nabave je održavanje instalacija grijanja, ventilacije i plinskih instalacija. Izuzetno hitne usluge (interventni popravci i ispitivanja) mogu se naručiti usmeno, elektroničkom poštom ili putem telefona, a nalog za izvedbu tih usluga naručitelj mora pismeno potvrditi. Usluge se u pravilu izvode u radno vrijeme Gradske uprave (od ponedjeljka do petka od 7:30 sati do 16:30 sati).
