Predmet nabave su usluge održavanja informacijskih sustava Naručitelja. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave je: 263.362,00 EUR bez PDV-a U ovom postupku procijenjena vrijednost: 90.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a Predmet nabave ovog postupka je nabava usluga održavanja i podrške integriranom IT sustavu Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu (Agris-IT) u skladu s Tehničkom specifikacijom - Prilog I, Troškovnikom Prilog IV, te cjelokupnom natječajnom dokumentacijom, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude. Usluga održavanja i podrške integriranom IT sustavu Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu (Agris-IT) odnosi se na podršku informatičkim servisima Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu navedenim u Prilogu I Tehničke specifikacije. S obzirom da naručitelj nije vlasnik izvornog programskog koda za aplikacijski sustav odabrani ponuditelj mora osigurati sve pravne i tehničke pretpostavke (ovlaštenja, osposobljavanje i sl.) za korištenje izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije te rad na navedenom aplikacijskom sustavu.
