Description
1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na odbiorze odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych, położonych na terenie Gminy Lubicz związanych z utrzymaniem czystości i porządku na obszarze Gminy w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2028 roku. 2) Usługa będzie wykonywana przy zachowaniu przepisów prawa powszechnie obowiązującego oraz na warunkach określonych we wzorze umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 5 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
