1.Przedmiotem umowy jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 04. 2.Szacunkowa ilość do odbioru i zagospodarowania to 2 000 Mg przez okres trwania umowy. 3.Odpady będące przedmiotem umowy zostaną odebrane a następnie zagospodarowane na terenie zakładów wskazanych przez Wykonawcę w sposób zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa oraz procesami wyszczególnionymi w załączniku nr 1 do Ustawy o odpadach. 4.W ramach przedmiotu umowy zakłada się szacunkowe ilości odpadów do odbioru i zagospodarowania z podziałem na następujące zadania: Zadanie 1 - Z/I Gotartów gm. Kluczbork szacunkowa łączna ilość odpadów do odbioru w okresie obowiązywania umowy 1 000 Mg Zadanie 2 - Z/I Gotartów gm. Kluczbork szacunkowa łączna ilość odpadów do odbioru w okresie obowiązywania umowy 500 Mg Zadanie 3 - Z/I Gotartów gm. Kluczbork szacunkowa łączna ilość odpadów do odbioru w okresie obowiązywania umowy 500 Mg 5.Odbiór odpadów odbywał się będzie z terenu: Z/I w Gotartowie, gm. Kluczbork. 6.Ze względu na trudną do przewidzenia ilość odpadów, szacunkowa ilość określona w ust. 4 może ulec zmianie. W związku z tym Zamawiający, w toku realizacji umowy, zastrzega sobie prawo ograniczenia…
