1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest realizacja usługi odbierania i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych powstałych na terenie nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, zwanych w dalszej części „nieruchomościami zamieszkałymi”, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Aleksandrów Kujawski. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia przedstawiony został w SWZ, Część III – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiący załącznik nr 12 do SWZ.
