Description
Objektet består av att genomföra detaljplan Björka 16:4 mfl. Detaljplanens intentioner är att möjliggöra bebyggelse av bostadskvarter med varierande bebyggelse, allmänna platser med natur, park, lekplats, dagvattenhantering, gata och gång- och cykelväg. Även färdigställande och ombyggnad av Ängavångsgatan mellan Marknadsvägen och Plutogatan ska göras i detta projekt. Entreprenaden ska ske december 2025 till maj 2027.
