Cieľom tejto architektonickej súťaže návrhov je výber spracovateľa najlepšieho architektonického návrhu pre dané územie, ktorý bude na základe osobitného postupu, vedúceho k uzavretiu zmluvy, dopracovaný do architektonickej štúdie v zmysle pripomienok poroty a vyhlasovateľa súťaže a následne dopracovaný do projektovej dokumentácie bytového komplexu ako podklad pre stavebné konanie a realizačný projekt, ktorý bude priložený ku žiadosti pre vydanie stavebného povolenia; bez inžinierskej činnosti.
