Predmetom zákazky je obnova a podpora primárnej IT infraštruktúry, ktorá pozostáva z nasledovných častí: a) Investičný projekt - obnova primárnej IT infraštruktúry, t. j. dodanie všetkých hardvérových zariadení spolu s nevyhnutnými softvérovými licenciami a požadovanými implementačnými, migračnými a konfiguračnými prácami a následná b) Poimplementačná podpora - podpora primárnej IT infraštruktúry, ktorá zahŕňa nasledovné služby: - služby softvérovej technickej podpory (SW maintenance) - služby hardvérovej technickej podpory - služby technickej podpory prevádzky - služby rozvoja a služby na vyžiadanie Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky tvorí časť C. Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.
