Description

Entreprenaden omfattar nyproduktion av särskilt boende för äldre på preliminärt ca 9800 kvm BTA fördelat på sex plan. Byggnaden planeras innehålla en suterrängvåning/källare, fyra fulla vårdplan med totalt 96 lägenheter (24 per plan) och en vindsvåning med samlingslokal med tillhörande funktioner samt fläktrum. Tomten där byggnaden ska uppföras är belägen väster om nuvarande Sörgårdens särskilda boende i Bergsjö.
