Description
Upphandlingen avser en totalentreprenad av nybyggnation av ett flerbostadshus på fastigheten Primus. Den nordvästra delen av Lilla Essingen, Primusområdet, ska utvecklas till nya bostadskvarter av flera byggaktörer tillsammans med Stockholm stad. Beställaren planerar att uppföra ett flerbostadshus på detta område, i detaljplanen kallat Hus 1. Byggnaden ska bli upp till 9 våningar ovan mark, källare under del av byggnad och fläktrum på tak. Enligt detaljplanen finns krav på en genomfart för biltrafik mitt i kvarteret och en utkragning mot vattnet som tillåter gång och cykeltrafik under huset.
