Description
Projektet avser en förtätning på befintlig parkeringsyta på vår fastighet Silverskatten 1, som i dagsläget består av fem huskroppar från 1990-talet med 145 lägenheter. I Fas 1 ska parterna tillsammans arbeta fram kostnadseffektiva lösningar som programhandling i enlighet med projektets mål, därefter systemhandlingar. Investeringsbeslut inför Fas 2. Byggstart planeras att ske under våren 2026.
