Nyproduktion av två flerbostadshus om ca 60-70 lägenheter inom fastigheten Skevik 1:190 vid Björnskogsvägen i Gustavsberg, Värmdö kommun. Även delar av angränsande fastigheter Skevik 1:1 och delar av Ösby 1:41 ingår i uppdraget där bl.a. mark- och ledningsarbeten samt uppförande av utegym ingår. Ombyggnad av 1 st tom lokal till undercentral i del av befintlig byggnad i området ingår också i uppdraget. bygglovshandlingar förväntas tas fram av totalentreprenören.
