Description
Karlstads kommun har ingått en icke bindande avsiktsförklaring med Jernhusen AB som syftar till att kommunen och Jernhusen ska förhandla om att träffa bindande avtal gällande förvärv av mark, uppförande av byggnation och därefter återförsäljning av del av fastigheten till Jernhusen AB. Avsikten är att om bindande avtal träffas och byggnationen därefter beställs och genomförs så ska det ske en 3D-fastighetsbildning så att Jernhusen AB kan återförvärva delar av byggnaden. För mer information hänvisas till den ingångna avsiktsförklaringen och kommunledningskontorets tjänsteskrivelse den 22 november 2024. För att kunna träffa bindande avtal krävs bl.a. en mycket väl genomarbetad kalkyl gällande kostnaderna för projektet som ska tas fram i Fas 1. Beställaren söker med denna upphandling en entreprenör som kan bidra till att kommunens målsättning med projektet kan uppnås. Projektet ska drivas i enlighet med de intentioner som följer av Entreprenadkontraktet. Projektet har arbetsformen Partnering enligt intentionerna i Entreprenadkontraktet.
