I entreprenaden ingår även storkök, varukyla, byggnation av utemiljö, fristående miljörum, fastighetsförråd, hönshus, lusthus mm. Entreprenaden utförs med hög andel trä i stomme enligt Eksjös träbyggnadsstrategi.
