Detta avser en totalentreprenad, generalemnrteprenad enligt AMA AF 21. Objekten är belägna inom kvarteret Duvan 1, 3, 4, 11 inom  Kalix kommun. I huvudsak omfattas objektet av följande arbeten: 1. Entreprenaden avser projektering samt nybyggnad av trygghetsboende med förbindelsegång som ansluter till befintlig byggnad och tillhörande markarbeten. 2. Entreprenad avser även projektering, rivning och ombyggnad av befintliga fastigheter. 3. Rivning av garage. Nybyggnad av sophus, garage, carport 4. Ombyggnad i befintligt sophus Total nybyggnadsyta ca 2 930 m2 BTA. Ändringsyta: ca 88 m2 Antal lägenheter: 25st   Igångsättningstid:  2025 – april. Färdigställandetid: 2026 - Oktober
