Objektet avser nybyggnation för Folktandvård med en total bruttoarea på 1605 m² inom del av fastigheten Mimer 1. I projektet ingår även anläggning av ny parkering, ny infartsväg från Stora Trädgårdsgatan samt anläggning av fördröjningsmagasin för dagvatten. Placering av fördröjningsmagasin i samråd med B. Byggnaden ska utföras i 2 plan, varav 1 under mark (källare) Det är en förutsättning att Beställaren är delaktig under hela projekteringsskedet för att säkerställa att projektet uppfyller Region Kalmar Läns krav och förväntningar.
