Description
Olofströms kommun, skall utföra nybyggnad av särskilt boende med 60 lgh. BTA ca 7925 m2. Projektets ambition är att den enskilde boende trots somatiska bekymmer och demensproblematik i hög grad ska kunna äga sitt eget liv. I den fysiska utformningen av boendet och dess utemiljö manifesterar sig detta i att de boende ska ha en lättillgänglig utemiljö och möjlighet att uppleva saker i boendets gemensamma rum.
