Gruppbostaden utförs för totalt tolv boende fördelat på två avdelningar och gemensamma personalutrymmen med Kristianstad kommun som hyresgäst. Beställaren äger rätt att avropa option gällande nybyggnation av marklägenheter inom samma fastighet.
