Förfrågan avser nybyggnation av magasin. Bedömd total bruttoarea (BTA) uppgår till ca 19 000 m2. Byggnaden ska vara hållbar och energieffektiv. Egen elenergi produceras genom solpaneler på tak. Byggnaden ska ha en hög brandsäkerhet och skyddsklass. Den största delen av byggnaden kommer bestå av magasin. För att utnyttja rumsvolymer effektivt kommer inredning med mobil förvaring. Utöver magasinen ska det finns konservatorsateljéer, fotoateljé, inlastning och rum för skadedjurssanering, m.m.
