Description
Nybyggnation av kontorsbyggnad med tillhörande arbeten Ansökningsinbjudan – Steg 1 Bodens Energi AB inbjuder härmed entreprenörer att ansöka om deltagande i selektivt förfarande enligt lagen (2016:1146) om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna (LUF). Upphandlingen avser nybyggnation av en kontorsbyggnad med 3 våningar stomme av stål och trä (ca 665m2 per våning), skywalk, carportar med tillhörande mark- och anläggningsarbeten, såsom parkeringsytor, gångstråk, markvärme och grönytor. En del rivning av befintliga mindre konstruktioner ingår också. Uppdraget kommer att genomföras som generalentreprenad enligt AB 04. Syftet med steg 1 är att identifiera entreprenörer som har tillräcklig ekonomisk, teknisk och organisatorisk kapacitet för att genomföra uppdraget. De tre (3) entreprenörer som uppfyller samtliga kvalificeringskrav och erhåller högst sammanlagd mervärdespoäng kommer att bjudas in att lämna anbud i steg 2.
