Description
Perkamos nuotoliniu būdu valdomos išminavimo sistemos. Prekės perkamos įgyvendinant Europos įnašo susitarimą tarp CPVA ir Europos Komisijos Nr. NDICI CRISIS FPI/2023/443-026. Pirkimas atliekamas vadovaujantis VPĮ 71 str. 1 d. 3 p., nes kiekvieną dieną dėl išminavimo įrangos trūkumo žūsta tiek civiliniai, tiek išminuotojai bei kariškiai. Išminavimo įrangos trūkumas ne tik apsunkina/padaro neįmanomu žmonių gyvenimo (kiek tai apskritai įmanoma karo sąlygomis) atkūrimą deokupuotose teritorijose, bet ir apsunkina galimybę Ukrainai išsaugoti atkovotas teritorijas, neprarasti naujų teritorijų ir išstumti agresorių iš užimtų teritorijų.
