Description
Le Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux fait réaliser depuis 1993 une enquête quantitative sur l'ensemble des marchés prioritaires pour la commercialisation des vins de Bordeaux (la France, la Belgique, en distinguant la partie francophone de la partie néerlandophone, l'Allemagne, le Royaume-Uni, le Japon, la Chine et les USA) afin de recueillir des données barométriques relatives au marché du vin mais également sur le positionnement du vignoble bordelais et de ses AOC.
