Description
Die Entscheidung basiert auf der Dringlichkeit, die durch das komplette Ausschöpfen des BBG-Rahmenvereinbarung-Kontingentes (ein Jahr früher als geplant) entstanden ist, und der Notwendigkeit, die Funktions- und Arbeitsfähigkeit der IKT Linz GmbH und Ihrer Kund*innen sicherzustellen. Es liegt ein unvorhersehbares Ereignis vor, da nicht mit dem Ausschöpfen des BBG-Kontingentes gerechnet werden konnte, und es bestehen äußerst dringliche und zwingende Gründe, die die Einhaltung der Fristen für die Regelverfahren nicht zulassen. Zudem ist Bechtle der vorherige Lieferant, es handelt sich um dieselben Produkte und auch eine zeitliche Befristung bis 30.05.2025 ist vorhanden.
