Description

The main aim of the project is to establish the concrete extension for a TEM microscope (transmission-electron-microscope). There are special requirements for both foundations and wall thicknesses in order to ensure the microscope technical area both asses. vibrations and electromagnetic fields. Therefore permanent internal passive screening must also be established in the extension.
